Al Eskanazy is a Principal & CO-CEO of Morstan General Agency, Inc., a national insurance intermediary in multiple states, whose corporate offices are based on Manhasset, New York.  Morstan General Agency is one of the largest private employers on Long Island.
 
Al began his career upon graduating Bernard Baruch College of CUNY. He joined Allstate Insurance Company, where he held positions in both line and staff management, before founding his own business, Brisco International. Later merging with Morstan, and together, building a sales base in excess of $300,000,000 annually.
 
Al is also the co-founder of Single Entry Systems Computer Software Company, where he holds several patents and continues to develop revolutionary products that specialize in streamlining Insurance workflows.
 
In 2006, Al became a partner in Del Valle Productions, Inc., where he has held positions as Line Producer, Locations Manager and Executive Producer in Short Films, Television, Documentaries, and Theater.
 
Al Eskanazy is a recognized philanthropist, recently inducted into the Long Island Volunteer Hall of Fame.
 
Al has served on the Board and Advisory Boards of some of Long Island’s most prominent organizations and charities, including Make-A-Wish Foundation, United Jewish Appeal, Long Island Insurance Community and various Independent Insurance Agents Board of Directors.
 
His most enduring charitable endeavor is as the founding and current Board Chair and President of Ascent: A School for Individuals with Autism.
 
Al is married to Elaine, an award winning writer/actress/producer.

His son, Chad is a Business Graduate of Maryland University, and a father of two, Jake and Chloe. Chad’s wife Nicole is a graduate of Boston University School of Finance.
Al’s daughter(s), Marisa is finishing her Graduate Degree in Special Education, while Brittany is in her first year of College.
